We brought together some of Denmark's biggest players within their industry to explain how they optimize the strategic value of their project portfolios with top of the class technology solutions.
Our guest and Key Note speaker Lars Gormsen (Implement Consulting Group) kicked off the day by challenging all participants about their current ways of handling projects and by introducing Implement’s take on tackling the unknown by focusing on Impact, Flow and Leadership with the HalfDouble methodology.
The PMO heads of LEGO (Katarina Karaflou, Jan Dannesboe Schrøder) introduced us to LEGO’s journey of centralizing project governance and merging multiple local tools into one Project Online portfolio solution to obtain full transparency for financial management and portfolio decision makers alike.
The audience gave special attention to the topics on our agenda where our presenters had made the decision to “take the bull by the horns” and implement solutions that require a large amount of user buy-in like time registration (Arla Foods’ Lise Berg Kildemark) and resource management (Rockwool’s Keith Bollington and Angela Daniel).
The “when” and “how’s” were also intensely discussed during the networking breaks of this event hosted by Microsoft at their impressive Lyngby location. A presentation of PMOTTO, an intelligent chat bot powered by machine learning, also gave inspiration on how to drive user adoption.
Solutions to managing benefits and integrations to easily visualize your portfolio to management were presented by our partners from Faarup and by the case of Novo Nordisk (Lili Nie Andersen) and TPG (Stavros Georgantzis).
Wrapping up the day we gave the opportunity to take a live sneak peek at some of our recent customer cases in our Workshop Labs and finally we sent off our speakers and participants with big smiles after a long day of inspirational talks looking forward to meeting everyone again in 2019.
A special thanks belongs to our partners of Microsoft, TPG, Faarup & Partners, PMOtto and Implement who made this event possible.
