Max Sejbæk, Managing Director
Max Sejbæk is co-founder of ProActive A / S and has been CEO of the company since 1997. Max is a former director of CM & M and has an MSc in Business Economics from Aalborg University and MBA studies from the University of California. Max has the overall responsibility of the company, with focus on operations, finances and external stakeholders. Max often acts as speaker and sits on the board of REWSS A / S, Installers A / S and 2008 ProActive Holding A / S.

 
Gorm Priem, Director
Gorm Priem started at ProActive A / S in March 1999 as project manager. Gorm has since then worked as Development Director and COO and is now director. Gorm has previously been employed by M & C eMarketing and Bachelor in Philosophy and Computer Science from Copenhagen University and an Executive MBA from DTU. Gorm is responsible for the overall strategy process, business and concept development. Additionally, Gorm responsible for a number of ProActive's largest customers and is often used as strategic consulting and speaker.
 
Mikkel Aude, Director
Mikkel Aude has been at ProActive A / S since February 2000. Mikkel's MSc in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and came to ProActive A / S from a position as Manager of Deloitte Corporate Finance. Mikkel is responsible for marketing, sales, partners, account management and ProActive Århus office. Additionally, Mikkel responsible for a number of ProActive's largest clients and sits on the board of Installers A / S and 2008 ProActive Holding A / S.
 
Martin Sams, Director
Martin Sams has previously been employed with the company as Senior Consultant and turned back in 2006 in Director ProActive group. He has overall responsibility for the company's delivery organization and customer responsibility for several of its largest customers. Martin comes from a position as Manager of BearingPoint Nordics and has previously worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Martin holds a masters degree. in quality management from the Aarhus School of Business.

BoardPreben Damgaard
Preben Damgaard, founder of Damgaard Data and former CEO of Navision and Microsoft Business Solutions, came in 2003 to the board at ProActive A / S and was appointed chairman in 2005. Preben also sits among others on the board of Axcess, Brdr. A. & O. Johansen A / S and Rockwool. Preben has had a long and successful career in IT and dealing today with various advisory assignments for Danish and foreign companies.
