ProActive has a dedicated service organization that deals with service and maintenance tasks after a solution has been commissioned and approved.


In addition to ongoing service will ProActive Service Organization also do minor development tasks and adaptations. A service of ProActive is the best way to ensure access to necessary resources of technical expertise that can help with virtually every aspect of a solution.

All service customers have access to an individual extranet site, where it is possible to see the status and KPIs on service matters.


Examples of services:

 

  • Update, for example. Service packs and hotfixes
  • Error correction, fault in the specially developed application.
  • Operation Support 2nd level support for its own IT organization or a hosting provider
  • User support, 2nd level support for customer contact
  • Less development, different solution adjustments and minor development directly undertaken by ProActive Services
  • Consulting and coaching
  • Change management, review of changes and assistance to commissioning
