ProActive has several years experience in implementing large IT projects. Through this experience we have built a collaboration that ensures both flexibility and stability in the relationship between us and our customers.

This form of cooperation consists of two models:

• A model for project management based on accurate descriptions of the individual project deliverables with associated budgets and assumptions
• A model of project organization in relation to the customer
   

Both in connection with project organization and project management, we work with three levels where Account Management manages the overall framework and decisions. Project level covers execution of project and operational level about the specific project deliverables.

This form of cooperation offers the following advantages:
